Delivery

Here are some questions that are frequently asked regarding delivery.


1. Are there delivery charges?

No there are no delivery charges on final engraved product. Delivery is included in the price mentioned. (But you do have to pay shipping charges when you deliver your product to us for engraving. Incase of Putters and Wedges)


2. What the the location available for shipping?

We currently take orders from USA only. But we are working on expanding our business and we will soon ship to many countries worldwide.

1. Does Laser engraving damage my product?

No, Laser engraving is perfectly safe for your product. It doesn't damage any part of the product.


Payments

1. What are the payment options?

We accept orders through PayPal. You can also pay through your credit cards and debit cards through PayPal gateway. The payment details are provided to you during checkout. 


Orders

Here are some questions that are frequently asked questions regarding orders


1. How do I know the status of my order?

We mail you the details once we have confirmed the order. We will also notify you once your order is ready. If you need any more information on your order you can always send us an email and we'll get back to you. We make sure we involve you in each step of the project.


2. How do I ship my putters and wedges to you for engraving?

After your order is confirmed we send you the details for shipping us the putters and wedges. You have to ship (paid by you) your putter or wedge to us for engraving. We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. We will notify you if your product is damaged during shipping and once confirmed we will start engraving.


3. Can I send my putter or wedge with the shaft still in them?

Yes. You'll have to pay additional $20 for disassemble and reassemble of shaft.


4.What is the turnaround time?

We generally have them back in mail no later (usually 2 days) than 3 days, barring unforeseen circumstances.
